i like the room and the lighting view at the back of the bed. and the buffet

there was no mirror in the room which is very important especially for the ladies. the pillows is not comfortable at all. the room is so small for deluxe room. the hotel is far from shopping.

Fresh fruit backet available every day; the hote is new and everything is actuallt perfect!

Wi-Fi connections were limited to lobby only and not extended to the rooms. At arrival I was asked to give credit card authentication otherwise to deposit my passport as security. Hotel was booked thru online by my office. On Sunday the day I checked in Hotel, was a holiday for my office and I couldn't contact anybody. When every formalities were completed and I was confirmed about the booking, any pending issues should have been handled by the booking authorities without bothering the guest at the reception. This caused a lot of embarrasment and could have been avoided easily. In future I hope before confirming any booking, all the formalities regarding payment would be cleared by the booking authoriteis.

Entrance/reception area was run down, in need of upgrading.

wonderful rooms, comfort of beds, kindness of staff, superb design and perfume in lobby, and definitely delicious food.

-Their breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. The hotel is in the middle of the city and almost close to everything.

-The room is kind of small though I stayed in Executive Room. - The curtain of the bathroom is kind of gauzy though the manager confirmation that no one can see from outside, but still I'm not convinced. - The Area is crowded during the day and sometimes no parking.

Poor Cleaning of the floor from dust and hair...which makes one think everything else is also poorly cleaned

1. Bed cover had dark red stain (blood !!). I used my own cover and mattress. 2. bathroom window ceramic frame - lower part fell on the shower floor !!. 3. Car Parking - very hard to get a parking since it is used by others from nearby buildings. 4. Toilet has no water sprayer (No Shattaf). 5. Only one person in the reception doing all the work, so if somebody is being served, you have to wait for sometime. 6. The breakfast (restaurant) is in the Main Floor but the elevators DO NOT stop there!!. You have to go on the ground floor and then take the stairs to the Main Floor !!. 7. Executive Room has nice space but the Deluxe Room does not. 8. Pool is closed since there is construction ongoing next to the hotel.

I like in this Hotel the gracious of the employees and they were very cooperation with Guests

The excellent warm and friendly service from the front office and bell desk, the fast free broadband in the room and lobby, well designed bedrooms and bathrooms, the free airport pick and drop service.

The limited and poor breakfast service, limited selection and lack of supervision resulting in overcooked items. The waiters were slow and looked sleepy; the food was not very appetizing.

most of the staff are freindly , except during breakfast and late hours

very expensive , i tried kempenski Dubai last week for almost the same price and the standard was way higher parking is very small no Valet

In the past was a Le Meridien hotel. The position is great (behind Sheraton and 4 Season) and the standard room has a good size. Free internet in the room a and free wi-fi in the lobby. Good breakfast.

Bathroom not very big for the standard in the Middle East.
